Anne is an urban planner with more than 20 years of working experience in a variety of roles in Queensland, Western Australia and Ontario, Canada.
Her extensive public sector experience is drawn from Local Government, State Government and Statutory Authorities, with a focus on urban renewal, growth management and leading practice urban development.

Her expertise is built on a blend of statutory and strategic planning work, supplemented by development assessment experience under a range of planning frameworks. Drawing from recent study, she also has knowledge in built environment sustainability, with a specialisation in adaptive and reflexive governance approaches.

Having recently worked for the Queensland State Government involving development assessment, drafting statutory planning instruments and the analysis and development of policy and legislation.

Anne actively explores and enjoys opportunities to break down systemic barriers that inhibit delivery of quality places, with a focus on planning and approvals strategy and governance frameworks that balance flexibility and certainty.
