As a leading social infrastructure practitioner, Alyce has successfully led the delivery of several large scale assessments and action plans for Councils and private developers across Australia. This work has spanned all facets of community facility and open space planning, from place-based needs analysis, to long-term social infrastructure strategies and advising on appropriate funding, delivery and operational models.
A highly skilled analyst and researcher, Alyce communicates complex information in easy to digest and engaging formats. She is known for delivering tailored and robust evidence assessments to inform practical solutions and strategic insights.
