Allison Heller is a recognised sector leader with deep expertise in social sustainability strategy and value creation.
She has delivered social impact assessments, health and health equity impact assessments, social infrastructure strategies, and related strategies for a range of state significant projects and precincts. These include the Central Precinct Renewal Project and Sydney Metro West for NSW Government, and Suburban Rail Loop East, for the Victorian Government.
Allison’s extensive work in the infrastructure sector includes renewable energy infrastructure, water, transport, health, education, and cultural infrastructure.
Her work in the property sector includes in residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use precincts. This includes social strategy work for landmark renewal precincts including Sydney’s Harbourside (Mirvac), Cockle Bay redevelopment (GPT & AMP Group), and various other projects for clients including Landcom, Lendlease, Stockland, and Frasers, as well as a range of state government agencies.
Allison has a depth of experience in social sustainability and social infrastructure strategies for new and renewed communities – including mixed-tenure inner city renewal projects, urban fringe and greenfield sites.
