Building on a long-standing relationship, Echelon Planning, an urban planning consultancy, has today joined Urbis. Led by Mark Woodland and Sarah McQuillen, Echelon Planning strengthens Urbis’ greenfield, government and urban renewal expertise.

As part of a 900+ strong multidisciplinary consulting practice, this acquisition increases Urbis’ national planning practice to 350+ consultants – one of the largest in Australia.

Mark Woodland brings over 30 years’ experience in senior roles across the private and public sector specialising in large scale planning and urban renewal projects. Sarah holds roles in industry associations and boasts over 20 years’ experience working on major development sites and preparing strategic plans and studies in Victoria and New South Wales.
