Collaboration and inclusivity are central to the Urbis culture. They’re also the key to creativity and innovation, two cornerstones of our business.
Urbis Chief Executive Officer Ben Pollack said: “We’re committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued, respected and supported. Collaboration and inclusivity are central to the Urbis culture. They’re also the key to creativity and innovation, two cornerstones of our business.”
Director Karen Wright, a sponsor in the program, added: “The Property Council is making great headway in the gender diversity space and has achieved its target of 40 per cent female committee representation. We’re thrilled to be working so closely alongside them and sharing our learnings.
“The 100 Women in Property initiative comes just after International Women’s Day and the re-launch of Urbis’ Gender Diversity Working Group – one of four groups working with our Diversity and Inclusion board to drive our strategy. It’s exciting to see the momentum building.”
Karen Wright is supporting the launch of the Property Council’s 100 Women in Property program in Perth after close involvement last year to share some of our success stories nationally. The 2016 national program proved so successful that this year it has expanded to include more than 500 participants.
