As we approach the end of 2024, we are thrilled to announce the latest round of promotions here at Urbis.

This promotion round is particularly exciting as it highlights the remarkable journey of many of our team members who have moved from student roles into permanent positions. We are delighted to see them find their feet within our business as they kick off their careers.

The success of our student internship program, seen through the high number of student-to-permanent transitions, is something we are immensely proud of. Some of our other newly promoted city shapers also started in our student internship program, such as Olivia Geehan. Olivia commenced in our 2023 internship program, transitioned to a Research Analyst in February 2024, and has now been promoted to Consultant.
