We take a close look at the state of the Contiguous Office Space available across the three capital cities on the East Coast.

The second edition of this report, prepared by Urbis’ Real Estate Advisory team, shows differing market conditions for each state across the east coast. As at February 2018, Melbourne and Sydney CBDs both experienced a significant contraction in availability, while contiguous office space options are up 16% in Brisbane CBD.
