Alaine Roff is an Urban Planner with a meticulous eye for detail, and a forensic approach to research and project preparation.

She has experience in residential, commercial, industrial, education and government developments, as well as matters in the NSW Land and Environment Court. Since joining Urbis in 2014, Alaine has been involved in several local and state planning projects, delivering highly considered strategies for all kinds of clients.

As a testament to the depth of her expertise, Alaine has provided planning and project management support for the SCEGGS Redlands school campus redevelopment; assisted the Department of Education with several planning applications for new schools and school upgrade works; helped numerous clubs in NSW diversify their offerings and revenue stream; coordinated and managed design competitions and development applications for high density mixed-use developments in the Green Square Town Centre; and prepared and coordinated planning applications for high-profile land in Macquarie Park and North Ryde.

Alaine also mentors student planners, a highlight of her career.
