Pymble Ladies’ College
Equipping students with skills for life
We have been advising Pymble Ladies' College on planning strategies, student caps, stakeholder relations and transport improvements.
As part of a site-wide master plan project, the College is providing a new home for their senior school students. With a strong focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), the Secondary Innovation Precinct (SIP) and Campus Commons will offer a mix of informal, general and specialist learning areas, including a robotics facility. It will foster an outward-facing environment that connects senior students to real-world challenges, equipping them with the skills and mindset for lifelong learning.

A multidisciplinary approach
We recently prepared a State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for the Secondary Innovation Precinct and Campus Commons project. This project is supported by our Planning, Engagement, Community Planning, Visual Impact assessment and Transport advisory services and is currently undergoing assessment.
Our Transport team has been working with the College to develop a parking strategy and implement an effective Green Travel Plan to increase the use of sustainable forms transport to the site.
The Secondary Innovation Precinct (SIP) and Campus Commons will replace ageing assets, with a landscape led approach that will seamlessly integrate into the existing context. The SIP will redefine the approach to teaching and learning at the College.
