Parramatta Live is set to transform the Parra Leagues Club into a world-class destination for Parramatta, featuring a modernised registered club facility, a culinary hub with global dining options, expansive outdoor gathering spaces, a premium hotel, and a dedicated family entertainment venue. This visionary project will also include a Youth Hub to support the next generation of leaders in Western Sydney, along with flexible event and conference spaces, positioning Parramatta as a central hub for business and culture.

Located at the northern gateway to the Parramatta City Centre, Parra Leagues Club has been a cherished part of the community since 1959. With the existing facility nearing the end of its life, Urbis was engaged to provide multi-disciplinary Planning, Community Planning, Stakeholder Engagement, Heritage, Archaeology, and Visual Analysis services to prepare the development application that delivers a bold and necessary transformation into an inclusive, community-oriented destination that meets the diverse needs of members and the wider region.

Designed by Cox Architecture and Aspect Studios Landscape Architecture, the project responds thoughtfully to its unique and culturally significant setting, adjacent to Parramatta North, Parramatta Park, and the stadium precinct.

The DA was submitted in 2025, with Stage 1 set to be completed by late 2028 and later stages finishing by 2035.
