Anthony is a highly skilled and passionate urban planner and urban designer with considerable experience in strategic and statutory planning, master planning and urban design. He has a keen interest in delivering great places and communities for his clients through the development process combined with strategic land use planning and design.
By applying an integrated approach to urban planning and design advisory, Anthony assists clients with unlocking the benefits and opportunities projects have to offer. He acknowledges the significant contribution design excellence and designing with Country has to play when shaping our cities and communities.
Anthony has led large-scale greenfield and industrial projects through the local and State planning systems and has provided detailed strategic and statutory planning advice to help navigate his clients through the complexities of the planning system, in close consultation with key stakeholders and government agencies.
Some of Anthony’s project experience includes:
- Lead planner for Western Sydney Aerotropolis master planning and advice for major landowners.
- Lead planner for Western Sydney University on the Western Growth Strategy.
- Lead planner on multiple planning proposals to unlock greenfield residential and industrial developments in Western Sydney.
- Lead land use planner analyst in a number of state significant infrastructure projects including Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport and Sydney Metro West.
- Preparation of Westmead Place Strategy.
- Preparation of the Urban Design Framework for Parramatta Light Rail for Transport for NSW.
- Developed land use visions for the Western Sydney Freight Line and East West Rail Link corridors.
- Preparation of the Indicative Layout Plans for the major release areas of the North West and South West Growth Areas.
