Urbis was thrilled to assist Elite Property Group in obtaining town planning approval for an eleven-storey commercial building in the emerging Cremorne enterprise precinct.
The proposed building will provide commercial space in a glazed tower, above a robust podium. The podium adopts materials and finishes which reflect the precinct’s traditional industrial context, while also acknowledging the innovative design features of contemporary Cremorne. Terrace spaces at various levels throughout the building ensure occupants have access to excellent amenities.
We worked with the project team, including architects, Gray Puksand, to progress the application through the Council assessment process, and supported our client at VCAT. The project received approval at VCAT, ensuring that this important contribution to employment opportunities in Cremorne can be realised.
