Eliza Scobie

Eliza is a highly committed urban planning consultant with a strong interest in complex statutory planning processes and property advisory. Eliza has a deep understanding of strategic and land use policy frameworks that underpin statutory planning and development outcomes. Her particular areas of interest include heritage adaptive reuse, high-density centres such as the Sydney CBD, and residential and mixed-use development. Eliza provides property advisory services, supporting clients during site acquisition by interrogating planning controls, identifying development opportunities, and advising on strategies to achieve the highest and best use of land. She is an experienced project leader, skilled at guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex planning processes and coordinating technical specialists to mitigate environmental impacts. Eliza’s collaborative approach has also been instrumental in managing and advising on multiple local and State design excellence competitions.
