Eliza is a diligent urban planning consultant with a passion for complex statutory challenges and strategic advisory work for mixed-use, commercial and recreational projects.

Since joining Urbis in early 2017, she has developed a strong understanding for the strategic and land use policy settings that shape development outcomes.

In addition to successfully delivering planning approvals for State significant and local development, Eliza’s strength for collaboration has led her to successfully manage and advise upon multiple design excellence competitions on behalf of government and private sector clients.

Eliza is adept at working with technical specialists to rigorously assess and identify measures to mitigate environmental impacts at both a precinct and site-specific level.

  • Australian Turf Club | Various State significant DAs and strategic advice for Royal Randwick Racecourse.
  • Springvue Limited | Planning Proposal and site-specific DCP for mixed-use precinct for 284 dwellings and 65,000sqm commercial floor space within Chatswood CBD.
  • Pro-Invest | DA for commercial office tower and public domain works in the North Sydney CBD.
  • SCS | DA for adaptive reuse of local heritage item for inner-city school campus.
