Having been with Urbis since 2013, Clare has worked on a diverse range of complex projects in both the inner city and established urban areas and is known for her efficiency, project management skills and approachable nature.
With a Masters in social science, specialising in planning, Clare is highly knowledgeable in statutory and strategic planning for development applications, Development Plans, rezoning amendments, and project managing for complex projects. She is skilled in community consultation and stakeholder management and gives considered, site-specific verbal and written advice including due diligence to her clients and the wider community.
Clare’s efficient and responsive approach allows her expertise to shine in the health & aged care, education and mixed-use sectors, in particular, bolstered by expertise in residential, heritage, commercial and retail sectors. She has worked for prestigious clients including Caydon, Epworth, Stockland, The GPT Group and Scotch College on master planning and major development projects.
