Peter Strudwick is a leading Town Planner with a passion for shaping great cities and communities.
His work focuses on strategic and statutory planning for Government and private sector clients. Since joining Urbis in 2000, Peter has worked on a wide range of projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.
He strives to best position each project; guides clients through the planning process; optimises the potential of projects; and seeks to provide a positive contribution to the broader Community. His work includes formulating approval strategies; preparing planning policy; undertaking due diligence and feasibility, leading multi-disciplinary project teams in the approval of major projects; and providing expert advice in the Land & Environment Court.
While working across a range of sectors, Peter specialises in social infrastructure, including the Education, Health, Aged Care and Justice sectors.
Peter is proud to have been the Project Director for the University of Sydney’s Campus Master Plan, involving projects with a value of more than $1B. He has also led the development of key sites and precincts within the Sydney and Parramatta CBDs, Sydney Olympic Park, Randwick Health & Education Precinct, and Waterloo Metro Station.
