Jessica Stedman

Jessica Stedman (nee Greenwood) is a Director and Certified Practising Valuer in the Economics & Property team with experience in a multitude of asset classes and specialist knowledge of compulsory land acquisitions and compensation, and government advisory services. Her diverse experience spans valuations and advisory services including financial reporting and insurance valuations, investment assets, residential, development feasibilities, highest and best use assessments, lease submissions and strategic advice. Jessica consults with various international, private and public sector companies and individuals across real estate, financial services, not-for-profit, legal and government sectors. Predominantly working within Urbis’ Compensation and Litigation team, Jessica has a working knowledge of Land Acquisition and Compensation. Such projects often draw upon the experience of other Urbis teams including Property Economics, Design and Planning, in delivering multi-disciplinary outcomes tailored specifically to the client’s requirements.
