Alex Nunn is a Certified Practicing Valuer skilled in the areas of litigation and advisory services. Joining Urbis in 2018, Alex provides advice on compulsory acquisition matters and property litigation disputes. He offers a diverse skillset complemented by his experience across all property types. His specialties include feasibility studies and the assessment of freehold, leasehold and subterranean interests. Alex takes great pride in assisting his clients understand the full potential of their assets, providing a sound basis for decision making. Most recently, Alex advised legal representatives of owners displaced by the Melbourne Metro Rail Project and assisted major airports in taxation matters.
