The State-Assessed Rezoning Proposal (SARP) for part of the Marsden Park North Precinct is now on public exhibition, marking a major step towards transforming the area into one of Western Sydney’s largest serviced employment hubs. You can have your say here.
Prepared in collaboration with the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, we have worked alongside Garfield Pastoral Holdings and Leamac/CVC Property Group to help shape the proposal. Over the next 30 years, it is expected to deliver more than $2 billion in investment, create almost 3,900 jobs, and provide new business and industrial zones, community facilities, open space, and residential outcomes.
The proposal includes up to 836,000 square metres of employment-related gross floor area – an unprecedented amount of serviced and zoned employment land for the Western Sydney region. It also incorporates measures to protect and enhance riparian corridors and ensure the precinct is well connected to key infrastructure.
Our multi-disciplinary team has worked closely with government, landowners and other technical experts to address environmental considerations that have historically challenged precinct planning in Marsden Park North.
The SARP is available for public comment via the NSW Planning Portal.
