Scott Riddell
Associate Director

Scott Riddell sits where investment, economics and data meet, helping investors, developers and asset owners cut through to what actually drives value.
He advises on transactions from both sides of the table, alongside feasibility, development and funding strategy, with particular depth in retail assets and social infrastructure such as schools, universities and health. A secondment to the property investment team at the Victorian Funds Management Corporation gave him an institutional investor’s lens, spanning due diligence, portfolio construction and emerging sectors including living, health and real estate debt. He knows how capital gets allocated, and how advice needs to hold up under scrutiny.
Scott is a builder as much as an adviser. He develops the feasibility models and analytics products that sit behind the team’s advice, turning large, complex data sets into answers clients can test and act on.
He does his best work with clients who arrive genuinely curious and open-minded. That is when the insights the Urbis team brings, on where value can be unlocked and where risk really sits, change what gets bought, built, repositioned or sold.
