Naomi is an experienced Urban Planner who specialises in statutory planning and development approval facilitation across a range of portfolio areas including retail, commercial, leisure, residential and government sectors. Managing large multidisciplinary and complex projects and development advocacy projects for a range of private and public section clients, Naomi brings deep expertise and a passion for statutory planning, securing major city and regional development approvals for her public and private clients. She also delivers comprehensive due diligence and strategic planning advice to both existing and prospective landowners. Naomi's track record includes approvals for State significant, Crown and local developments, navigating REF processes and preparing multiple Government business cases. Naomi has also contributed to the planning and preservation of numerous local and state heritage sites.
