Kathleen is an urban planner with experience in a range of statutory and strategic projects across Victoria. Her strengths are in project facilitation, preparation of development applications and delivering positive outcomes for a wide range of public and private sector clients.
Her role includes coordinating teams across multiple disciplines to ensure complete and complex application materials. Since being at Urbis, Kathleen has done a great deal of work in the residential, education and commercial sectors. Kathleen also has experience in facilitating liquor licence and gaming applications for a variety of clients.
