Cameron Stanley is a highly experienced Urban Planner whose work focuses on facilitating developments in Queensland.
Cameron joined our Brisbane office when it first opened in 1999. After later establishing a planning consultancy in the UK, he returned to Urbis in 2012. With more than 10 years’ experience on key public and private sector projects overseas, Cameron is adept at managing large-scale developments for his clients.
With his detailed understanding of the factors that influence land use planning, Cameron is able to navigate his clients through often complex planning processes. He advises on town planning, development planning and statutory planning controls – with experience that includes residential, retail, industrial and tourism projects.
Cameron is delighted to have worked on The Cosmopolitan in Milton and 545 Queen Street, a 76-story residential tower in Brisbane. He was also the lead Town Planner and Project Manager for Icon, a mixed-use development covering 55,000 square metres in Hamilton, Queensland. More recently, Cameron has worked on projects such as:

- Cleveland Private Hospital,
- Ministerial designation for Brisbane Grammer School
- McDonald’s planning
