Zoë is an urban planner and strategic communications and community engagement specialist with more than 15 years’ experience across private consulting and State and Local Government. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in the North American market, Zoë delivers integrated urban planning and community engagement outcomes for complex urban development projects.
Her expertise spans statutory and strategic planning, land use and rezoning processes, stakeholder and community engagement, and communications. Zoë brings a strong understanding of planning frameworks and approval pathways, allowing her to align engagement strategies with regulatory requirements and decision making processes. She has led engagement programs across all stages of the project lifecycle, partnering with clients, communities and local government to support planning approvals making processes
