Susan MacDonald

Susan is an experienced non-executive director and strategic advisor with more than 30 years’ experience across property investment, funds management, development and retail real estate, in Australia and internationally. Her executive career has spanned senior leadership roles with Mirvac, Lendlease, AMP Capital and Galileo Funds Management, where she has led large-scale property portfolios, investment platforms and complex stakeholder environments. Known for her commercial acumen and collaborative leadership style, Susan brings deep expertise in strategy, governance, asset and funds management, organisational culture and stakeholder engagement. Her experience spans property acquisitions, development, portfolio management and business transformation, underpinned by a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and creating long-term value. Susan holds multiple active Non-Executive Director positions, and she has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Landcom and held executive positions including Head of Retail at Mirvac, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Galileo Funds Management, Managing Director of AMP Shopping Centres, and Asset Management Director for Lendlease Europe. She is widely recognised for her extensive experience across governance, property investment and the retail real estate sector.
