Sean Ray

Sean launched his property career in the UK in 1987, initially working in residential property sales and management and subsequently achieved his qualification as a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer in 2000. Since then, he has developed extensive expertise in the valuation and advisory of a diverse range of asset types, both in the UK and, since relocating to Perth in 2007, throughout Western Australia, working for global property firms, most recently in the roles of State Director and Partner (Head of Division). Sean’s experience spans a wide range of asset types to include retail (neighbourhood through to major regional shopping centres), office buildings (both CBD and suburban), large format retail, industrial, general commercial and residential assets. Sean also has particular expertise in the valuation and advisory of specialised assets, including retirement villages, aged care facilities, caravan parks, tourist resorts, hotels, pubs, specialised entertainment and leisure and airports. His valuation and advisory services have been provided to owner-occupiers, investors and lending institutions. Sean contributed to the Western Australian Branch Committee for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) from 2008 to 2014.
