Rachael brings extensive experience in delivering successful developments across South East Queensland. With a decade in both private practice and local government, she has led projects ranging from inner-city high rises to regional tourism destinations, demonstrating her adaptability and depth of expertise. Her time in local government sharpened her skills in the Planning and Environment Court, building a strong command of Queensland’s legislative framework. This enables her to provide clear, practical advice on complex matters, helping clients navigate risks and capitalise on opportunities. Rachael’s capabilities span the full development assessment process, from early site reviews and due diligence to lodgement strategies, application management and project team coordination — ensuring projects progress smoothly from concept to delivery. She has advised government and commercial clients on policy reviews, strategic planning and initiatives such as Ministerial Infrastructure Designations, asset optimisation and master planning. As a member of the UDIA Industrial Committee, Rachael brings valuable insight into the industrial sector, supporting projects that drive economic growth and employment. Across all her work, she is committed to creating places that are vibrant, functional and sustainable.
