Niall has deep industry experience across valuations and capital transactions. Niall currently leads our institutional commercial valuations team in Victoria.

With 14 years’ experience, Niall has been involved in institutional office valuations for majority of this time as well as experience working for Centuria Capital in their transactions business and was involved in ~$7 billion of office and industrial transactions.

Niall’s core expertise is focused in the institutional office sector and Niall has valued in excess of $100 billion of office assets across Melbourne and Adelaide. In addition to valuing office assets Niall has deep experience in the social infrastructure and life sciences sectors given their relationship with the office asset class.
