Michael began his property career in Perth in 2009, establishing a solid foundation in the valuation and advisory of commercial real estate. By 2012, he had become an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and a Certified Practising Valuer.
Since then, Michael has developed extensive expertise across a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, office, medical, englobo land, and residential development. His experience covers various valuation purposes, such as mortgage security, financial reporting, compensation and acquisition advice, feasibility analysis, and market rent reviews and determinations.
Michael has represented a diverse client base, including major banks, government departments, institutional owners, and private clients. His valuation and advisory services have been sought by owner-occupiers, investors, and lending institutions. Additionally, Michael has served as an Expert Witness, providing evidence before both the District Court and Supreme Court.
Now at Urbis, Michael continues to leverage his market knowledge and technical expertise to deliver informed, independent valuation advice across Western Australia.
