Melissa is an applied economist whose analytical expertise lies at the intersection of property economics and industrial development. Her work comprises a unique blend of experiences and skills across real estate, industrial economics, statistical and geospatial analysis. She is a team member of Urbis’ international arm, Cistri.
Melissa’s experience includes: quantitative and qualitative market and industry research, property demand and supply modelling, financial feasibility assessments, and precinct economic positioning strategy grounded by an understanding of industry dynamics and ecosystems.
Prior to joining Cistri, Melissa worked with the economic development and investment promotion arm of the Singapore government. Melissa has lived in Singapore, Jakarta and London and now works with public and private sector clients across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
