With a proven track record in project management and leadership, Megan has successfully led key technology initiatives for the Economics and Property team. Her expertise in guiding the development of digital tools like the Inspection App and managing complex projects such as the Student Accommodation project has consistently delivered strong results. As an Associate Director at Urbis, Megan leads multidisciplinary projects and is often described as the glue in the team. She connects the right people, motivates them and brings a spatial lens to her work, ensuring confident decision-making. With over 15 years of experience in the retail property, education and mixed-use sectors, she combines property economics, spatial insights and urban planning to help clients see opportunities and de-risk their decisions. Megan's unique value lies in uniting diverse teams, fostering collaboration and driving strategic thinking. She is dedicated to shaping a future where innovation leads the way, ensuring her projects exceed expectations and deliver impactful results. Outside of work, you can find her on the water or organising sailing events. A skilled sailor since age 8, Megan has represented Australia at multiple world championships and won the national titles in 2018 on the J24. She is currently chairing the organising committee for the J24 World Championship in Melbourne in 2026, drawing parallels between sports and business leadership.
