Lucy Greig is an engagement practitioner and researcher with expertise in the design of quantitative and qualitative studies relating to policy, planning, infrastructure and place. Lucy has delivered leading practice communications and engagement on major projects for local, state and federal government agencies and the private sector. This includes stakeholder engagement and primary research to identify and explore community and stakeholder values, needs and priorities – to inform detailed design and delivery of projects.
Lucy understands the value of human centered and gender informed design approaches that give early consideration to peoples lived experience. She has led social outcomes focused projects including those with a focus on gender equity and addressing domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV). She brings expertise in social impact and social value and has contributed to the development of business cases.
Her capabilities include internal and external communications and engagement, survey design and delivery, conduct of depth interviews, focus groups, workshops and ‘walk shops’, making sense of quantitative and qualitative data, and producing evidence based and compelling strategies and reports.
