Liliana is an experienced social impact assessment and management specialist with close to 20 years’ experience in national and international contexts.
Her expertise spans renewable energy, transport, ESG, precinct planning and community development, enabling her to contribute effectively across diverse settings.
With a strong background in social value creation, impact assessment and stakeholder engagement, Liliana has contributed to major linear infrastructure and renewable energy projects across NSW, Victoria and Queensland.
Her project highlights include the HumeLink West Social Impact Management Plan and the Social Impact Assessment Addendum for the Hunter Transmission Project.
Liliana’s work consistently meets authority standards and best-practice guidelines, ensuring compliant, high-quality assessments and reliable advice to support complex planning approvals.
