Kathleen Bailey-Lord FAICD

Kathleen is an experienced board director across public, private and not for profit companies. Her senior executive career spanned technology, financial services and professional services – all anchored on leading businesses through substantial change to generate value for all stakeholders. Known for her curiosity, Kathleen enjoys continually learning more about governing to create value across diverse industries and geographies; people & culture, emerging technologies and innovation – all with an eye to building long-term business sustainability. A Fellow and Director of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Kathleen is current President of AICD Victorian Council and serves on the AICD Governance of Innovation and Technology Panel. She is Chair of Janison Education (small edtech) and serves on the boards of AMP Limited (financial services), Datacom (technology services) and St Vincent’s Health Australia (SVHA) - Australia ‘s largest NFP Health services provider. Kathleen is an external member of Bain Consulting’s Advisory Board and an active member of Chief Executive Women.
