Hamish leverages his 20 years’ experience in data analytics and consumer insights to enable data-driven decision-making, in particular in the retail property space.

In his time at Vicinity Centres, where he built the Strategic Insights team, Hamish worked on projects valued at between $50m and $1bn. He also created the Vicinity Tableau Insights Portal, providing self service analytics to over 600 users.

In his time at Urbis, Hamish has worked on projects in both Australia and Singapore, incorporating major consumer research projects, rental uplift analysis and market potential assessments.
