Having worked with Urbis since 2011, Emma has grown with the company from a Consultant to Associate Director.
Emma works closely with government and private sector clients to navigate planning pathways and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs. She develops clear, practical strategies that support effective project delivery. Her experience spans energy and renewables, industrial and logistics, and mixed-use and precinct planning, where she is valued for her strategic thinking, collaborative approach and steady leadership in delivering well considered outcomes.
Emma has a deep understanding of design and operational requirements for a multitude of project types which ensures that design and built form outputs align seamlessly with the necessary planning mechanisms, facilitating smooth project implementation and activation on the ground.
