Ee Iyn Wong

Ee Iyn leverages economics and research to assess market potential, forecast income and perform international benchmarking for various real estate investment classes. She has undertaken numerous due diligence, asset optimisation and strategy development projects for retail centres and precincts across Asia including Singapore, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Ee Iyn has also contributed to various mixed-use projects, providing economic inputs for large-scale master plans and Transit-Oriented Developments. Having lived in Singapore, Japan, and China, Ee Iyn brings a diverse perspective to her work. Before joining Cistri, she worked with the Singapore Government, where she developed and implemented growth strategies for the Oil & Gas industry. Ee Iyn is dedicated to using her expertise to drive strategic and impactful real estate development across the region.
