David has over 15 years’ experience in the planning and development assessment industry, predominantly within the public sector. This has provided him with a thorough understanding of local and state government operations, and the strategies necessary for achieving positive, collaborative outcomes that meet commercial demands. David is a strategic thinker with key skills in application strategy and negotiation. This includes thinking outside of the traditional development assessment model, forming efficient strategies for project pathways. During his time in local government, David managed various large-scale projects and formed positive relationships with a variety of industry stakeholders.
