Daniel has over 7 years of experience within the Commercial Office valuation sector, specialising in institutional grade commercial assets within Metropolitan Sydney.
Markets of particular focus include North Sydney, Sydney’s North Shore (Chatswood and St Leonards), Parramatta, Macquarie Park, South Sydney and CBD fringe locations, together with experience in broader suburban and regional office markets.
Prior to this, he has also worked within both institutional industrial and residential development valuation sectors.
Daniel has a comprehensive understanding of cash flow and feasibility analysis models including 10-year discounted cash flows and Estate Master.
