Daisy brings a wealth of experience to the table, with a decade involved in diverse planning projects across Victoria and New Zealand. Her expertise spans the preparation of strategic plans, including Precinct Structure Plans, Revitalisation Plans and Urban Design Frameworks. Additionally, she is adept at assessing and preparing development applications for mixed-use, commercial projects and greenfield subdivisions. Daisy's passion lies in Growth Area Planning in Victoria, with a particular focus on the implementation of Development Contribution Plans (DCPs) and Infrastructure Contribution Plans (ICPs). She is committed to ensuring new communities have timely access to essential facilities and infrastructure. Her proficiency in negotiating works in kind arrangements and S173 agreements, coupled with her comprehensive understanding of ICP administration from a Council perspective, sets her apart. Her experience encompasses both statutory and strategic projects, having contributed to major Precinct Structure Plans (PSPs) and subdivisions within the Melbourne Growth Corridor and Regional Victoria. Daisy thrives in project management and enjoys collaborating with sub-consultants on joint ventures. Daisy's dedication and expertise are instrumental in shaping vibrant, well-planned communities. Her strategic vision and hands-on experience make her a valuable asset in the realm of urban planning.
