Chris Davis

Chris’ role as Director of the Transaction Advisory team sees him responsible for advising a diverse range of transactions for his clients nationally. Entering the commercial property industry in 2007, Chris brings with him a broad range of experience across all asset classes. With a specific involvement in relationship management and portfolio management of national property portfolios, Chris provides his clients with a detailed analysis of accommodation information and assists with the strategic direction of their national property requirements. With a core focus on cost reduction strategies for occupiers, Chris has developed an ability to identify early market trends, and to formulate tailor-made strategies which respond to changing market conditions and deliver significant value for his clients. Prior to joining Urbis Chris spent 15 years in senior positions with CBRE and JLL creating and growing the specialist occupier division of each company.
