Ash Weimann

Ash is an Associate Director within Urbis’ Transaction Management and Investment Advisory team. He guides clients through complex property transactions, from early-stage strategy and tailored advice, to delivering successful property divestments or acquisitions. Ash has been exposed to a wide variety of asset classes including investment grade office, industrial & logistics, residential and retail properties. With strong technical skills and deep market knowledge, Ash provides clear, evidence-based advice to clients to support confident investment decisions, from scenario modelling through to transaction structuring. His work often brings together experience of other Urbis teams including Planning, Economics and Design, delivering multidisciplinary outcomes tailored to the client’s requirements.
