Anthony Simpson

Anthony joined Urbis in May 2025 as part of the National Industrial Valuation & Advisory team to provide the highest quality valuation and advice to our leading institutional, private investor and mortgage clients.​ He is an industry expert across Brisbane and South-East Queensland’s industrial markets including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and larger Queensland Regional cities.​ Anthony has 25 years’ experience in the property development and valuation industry and during this time he has undertaken valuations in all classes of real property for various purposes.​ He has completed portfolio and single holding valuations for many of Australia’s key industrial businesses, some of which are listed in the ‘projects’ column in this CV.​ Additionally, Anthony has provided valuation and consultancy advice for large infrastructure assets including Ports, Airports and Intermodal Rail facilities.
