Give Back program

Our impact on cities and communities extends well beyond client work.

Working to create a better future for everyone is at the heart of everything we do. As a market leader both nationally and internationally, we recognise that our impact on cities and clients extends far beyond our projects.

We have a long and proud history of supporting the communities we work in, and we are proactive and passionate about volunteering our skills or providing financial aid to help those in need.

Our current focuses within this area are:

  • Working on projects to support communities in need on a pro-bono basis
  • Volunteering for national or international charities
  • Salary sacrificing, with Urbis matching donations, for our charity partners – Red Dust, Indigenous Literacy Foundation, Eat Up, Friends with Dignity
  • Direct financial support to charities and organisations
  • Support for the Property Industry Foundation, a not-for-profit working to provide accommodation for homeless youth.

Give Back framework

We have a Give Back framework to oversee the Give Back activities that the company undertakes. The framework articulates our community giving commitment, directing our collective efforts to make positive impact on communities and places in need of our support.

We have a long and proud history of supporting communities within which we work. We are proactive and generous in volunteering our skills to assist those in need and provide financial support to a broad range of causes.

Our Give Back framework provides details of why, how and where we direct our community giving efforts, ensuring we create a legacy benefitting recipients, our people and our brand.

This goal emphasises making cities inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable.

The Australian and Singapore (home of Cistri) governments are both signatories and active supporters of the UN initiative, and both track and report on progress against the goals.
