He specialises in matters relating to compulsory acquisition, rating and taxation, dispute resolution and provides advisory services to a broad range of national clients. A number of eastern seaboard port authorities rely on his expertise in lease structuring and rental advice, and his assistance in the resolution of landlord and tenant disputes is highly sought after. Since joining Urbis in 2011, Tom has provided advice in respect of various compulsory acquisition projects including the Logan Motorway Corridor Upgrade, Queensland Children’s Hospital and the Queensland Schools Public Private Partnership. He has also been involved in the negotiation of riverbed lease rents in Brisbane’s CBD. Tom is a Certified Practicing Valuer and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.

My goal is to simplify the complexities of valuation into a concise narrative, providing the basis for informed decision making and strategy.
