Social planner and policy analyst Susan Rudland is interested in inclusive and vibrant cities and communities  that can be enjoyed by all. 
For more than 25 years, Susan has worked as a researcher and consultant for all levels of government and the private sector.  At Urbis, she delivers  research and  strategies to inform community planning, social and environmental sustainability, social infrastructure and stakeholder engagement. Susan advises clients on community infrastructure for mixed-use and urban renewal developments, using consumer research and community consultations to aid decision-making. She also evaluates social return on investment in key health, education, recreation and cultural infrastructure. 
Susan has assisted the City of Sydney with a series of projects to support late-night economies, and is currently advising the NSW Department of Education as it develops a new approach to consultation for future schools planning.
