Stewart has over 25 years’ experience in heritage architecture and the management of heritage places throughout Queensland.

His extensive heritage experience spans the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Stewart is particularly interested in the adaptation of heritage places for continuing and new uses through high-quality design solutions.

Stewart’s passion for heritage is also demonstrated by his involvement in promoting heritage places and their care through a wide range of events and programs. He is also a member of the National Trust of Australia.

Stewart works on wide range of projects including:

  • Conservation works;
  • Alterations and additions to heritage places;
  • Exemption Certificate applications;
  • Conservation Plans;
  • Development Applications for heritage places; and
  • Significance Assessments for heritage places.
