Stephanie Bartlett is an expert in greenfield planning.

Before joining Urbis in 2011, Stephanie worked in both the public and private sectors, including at consulting firms Manidis Roberts and SJB Planning. With more than 10 years’ experience in planning and environment impact assessment across Victoria, NSW and Queensland, she is well equipped to expertly navigate the statutory planning process.

Stephanie has secured planning approvals for major residential developers and is skilled at project managing large-scale subdivisions and greenfield developments. She draws on degrees in environmental management and human geography to help create vibrant communities that are connected to their surrounds.

She is proud to have managed the planning approvals for a number of significant projects in Melbourne, including the redevelopment of the former Eastern Golf Club site in Doncaster, and Woodlea Estate, one of the fastest selling greenfield estates in Australia.

I really enjoy working on major development projects – being involved in every detail of the project and forming great relationships with our client and the consultant team. It’s the best part of my job.
