Seetha Raghupathy specialises in master planning and urban design. She has 10 years of extensive project design and delivery experience across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, India and USA.

Her areas of expertise include townships, mixed use, airports, infill and urban revitalisation, Transit-Oriented Developments, urban waterfronts, public housing and the development of detailed urban design guidelines.

In addition to working with a range of public and private sector clients during her tenure as a Senior Urban Designer at the AECOM Singapore office, she has engaged in extensive community building efforts with the University of California, Santa Barbara (see her Tedx Talk on this here). She has also explored the role of public art in urban design, co-curating an exhibition titled ‘Mapping the Cityscape’ at the Center for Architecture in New York.

Seetha has degrees in architecture and urban design and is a certified LEED professional. Passionate about academia and research, she is a visiting lecturer at the National University of Singapore and actively writes about and speaks on urban development issues. She is also a consultant for the World Bank.
