Sam Stevens is a Registered Valuer who specialises in compulsory acquisitions and disputes on compensation, with experience across Australia, the UK and New Zealand. Sam has a strong reputation in both the private and public sectors for providing valuation advice on compulsory acquisition matters.
He is passionate about helping clients achieve outstanding property related outcomes, with experience working across most asset classes.
Sam’s previous role in the UK, involved providing valuation, negotiation and strategic advice to acquiring authority clients, development partners, investors and business occupiers on a wide range of issues in connection with infrastructure and regeneration development. Advising clients on some of the largest and most significant infrastructure projects in the UK.
Sam has significant experience in the statutory disposal process of Government land, through his experience in New Zealand, including the successful management of a multi-million-dollar disposal contract for the NZ Transport Agency.
