Peter Small is a master at providing statutory and strategic planning advice. He specialises in broadacre subdivisions, as well as inner urban residential projects and industrial, office, entertainment, liquor and hotel sites.
He is an accomplished strategist with an innovative edge, who always strives for profitable, flexible and enduring results. Indeed, Peter has often achieved what others may have thought impossible. He was responsible for gaining the approval of the Victorian Government to rebuild the Stokehouse Restaurant after fire damage. He has also campaigned successfully to develop cutting-edge residential designs in St. Kilda and South Melbourne, and has facilitated the growth of Firbank Grammar School’s campus despite a complex regulatory system.
Earlier in his career, Peter worked in the public sector and as a development project manager, where he honed his master planning skills. He is a member of the Property Industry Foundation’s Beneficiaries Review Committee, the Property Council’s Diversity Committee and the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association.
